Her magical esthetician isn't a combat ability. We've only seen Razor playing dodgeball with his Nen "Devils" and for Bisky we've only seen her overpower Bara, Killua and Binolt with strength and basic Nen. I think it would be close but i'd give it to razor based on his offensive hatsu Razor shouldn't be a push over when it comes to physical strength. They are both one step away from enhancement. She probably got her stars for her contribution as a Virus Hunter as well as being an excellent nen user.Ģnd, Bisques Hatsu has not been shown to be effective for battle. Like Cheadle is a triple star hunter, and i'm sure she is very strong in Nen and a fight, but she probably isn't as strong as someone like Mizaistorm who is a double star black list hunter. Stars are more for your accomplishments not for your ability to use offensive Nen. First on the stars argument - Number of stars shouldn't indicate your ability to win a one on one fight.
